Dieta e stati fisiologici
In molti stati fisiologici è importante seguire una alimentazione specifica. Alcuni tra questi:
Attività fisica
Per chi si sottopone ad una attività fisica intensa nel nostro centro può essere valutata lacomposizione corporea prima di iniziare il programma di allenamento, e la stessa può essere monitorata per valutarne gli effetti, insieme ad una alimentazione personalizzata a seconda del tipo di attività svolta.
Inoltre può essere effettuata una consulenza su eventuali integratori, che molte persone assumono senza indicazione specifica, evitando assolutamente aminoacidi, che vengono forniti invece in maniera naturale con una dieta leggermente iperproteica, e soprattutto anabolizzanti, nella maggior parte dei casi estremamente pericolosi soprattutto per il sistema renale.
Adolescenza
Nella fase di sviluppo è necessaria una alimentazione corretta, ma anche una attività fisica di tipo aerobico volta ad un armonico sviluppo della muscolatura e dello scheletro. Mediante l’analisi della composizione corporea e del BMI (Indice di Massa Corporea) siamo in grado di valutare e monitorare l’evoluzione dell’accrescimento.
Tipica di questa età è inoltre l’acne giovanile che viene trattata, dopo check-up cutaneo, con peeling all’acido piruvico, e con Rf Frazionale e PRX-T33.
Gravidanza
Sarebbe opportuno in previsione di una gravidanza effettuare una terapia alimentare di tipo disintossicante, se ci sono perdere alcuni dei chili di troppo, preparare il sistema del ritorno venoso delle gambe con appropriate terapie ( linfodrenaggi, endermologie, T.R.A.P. ) e svolgere una regolare attività fisica.
In gravidanza non è bene effettuare nessun intervento di medicina estetica sul corpo, ma fin dall’inizio bisogna creare una situazione di benessere in quanto tutto l’organismo, in particolare il fegato, il rene ma ancor più tutto l’apparato venoso e linfatico degli arti inferiori vengono sottoposti a sforzi crescenti con il passare dei mesi.
Si deve seguire l’aumento di peso mediante un’alimentazione equilibrata e appropriata nei vari trimestri, soprattutto se si va incontro ai mesi caldi. E svolgere una regolare attività fisica.
Allattamento
In questa fase in genere è bene seguire una alimentazione volta a fornire tutto ciò di cui c’è bisogno, ma che non esageri in eccesso, anche perché l’organismo deve eliminare tante scorie e riacquistare la forma fisica, cosa che dovrebbe avvenire almeno entro un anno dal parto, per evitare cedimenti dei tessuti.
Anche durante l’allattamento non possono essere applicate tecniche di medicina estetica ma, alla fine di questo, è bene trattare soprattutto le zone che sono state sottoposte a maggiore dilatazione e rilassamento, per accelerarne il rassodamento. Inoltre una indicazione alimentare specifica e un check-up del sistema venoso degli arti inferiori.
Menopausa
Durante questa condizione il metabolismo cambia nel senso che si tende ad accumulare liquidi e a bruciare meno calorie. Va seguita quindi una alimentazione volta a fornire un surplus di calcio, e contemporaneamente a impedire un aumento di peso.
Nel nostro centro l’offerta dei trattamenti consigliati in menopausa è molto ampio, comprendendo, oltre una alimentazione specifica, tecniche di medicina estetica volte a limitare i processi di usura e accelerare i meccanismi di riparazione.
Molto valide sono tutte le tecniche di biorivitalizzazione, sia del viso, che del collo e decolletée e delle mani, i peelings per favorire la desquamazione delle cellule morte e favorire il ricambio della pelle mediante cellule nuove, la Radiofrequenza Frazionale associata al PRX-T33 e al Rexonage (vedi) per stimolare i processi riparativi. Necessaria spesso una integrazione alimentare, solo però dopo esami clinici e ematologici.
